Your needs are assessed
After the referral is made we will assign a key worker to you who will arrange an appointment to discuss your needs.
After the assessment is made, we will discuss the results with you and create a personalised action plan.

Employment Key Workers offer one-to-one and group work support to individuals looking to move into positive destinations (employment and training).
You will be given a dedicated Key Worker who works with you to identify your goals, plan your next steps and access further employability support with partner agencies.
