Gail cherished her time as a stay-at-home mum, but she also wanted a fulfilling career that fit her family's schedule. With the support of DGLEP, she successfully moved into a learning assistant role that allows her to balance work and family life.

Thomas's story

Dumfries and Galloway Council’s Employability and Skills Team and Youth Services have collaborated to create eight full time posts within the Youth Work service, funded by Kickstart and the Young Person’s Guarantee.

Ian’s Story
