Support for people who have a criminal record
This service will work with those at stages one to three of the employability pathway who have a criminal record to help reduce this as a barrier to progression. Participants will be supported with CV building, disclosure of convictions, job matching exercises and signpost when appropriate.
Early Engagement and Barrier Removal (Criminal Justice)
Delivered by Apex, this service will work with those at stages 1 to 3 of the employability pipeline who have a criminal record and to help reduce this as a barrier to progression.
Apex will support barrier removal through things like CV building, negotiating disclosure regulations, job matching exercises and how to disclose at interview and signposting to other support where appropriate.
Eligibility
Anyone with a criminal record.
